Seth McManus serves as an Associate in Mobilization at CMF International.  Seth spent the summer of 2017 serving in the slums of Nairobi, and now he loves training and sending young adults to serve in missions across the world.  He is currently getting his Masters of Intercultural Studies from Asbury Theological Seminary.

Doug & Dawn Routledge

Doug Routledge has been training youth leaders for decades. He's a bit obsessed with hockey and is a city boy turned country. He is a dynamic communicator, storyteller and author. As the Co-Founder of Crossroads Farm with his wife, Dawn, they have developed a rural youth ministry cooperative in multiple locations. Thousands have been impacted by this model. Doug and Dawn have three grown daughters, Madison, Raegan and Lauren.

Nathan & Katrina Wilson

Nathan and Katrina graduated from Hillsdale College in May of 2016. They married later that Fall and started working full time at Crossroads Farm in January 2017. Two city kids, they spent the past two years loving rural students and working to understand the culture in which they are now immersed. They love hosting, reading books, and drinking far too much coffee.

Johnie serves with Cru and lives in Indiana with his wife and four children.  He has led in youth and college ministry for the past 13 years and is a graduate of Kentucky Christian University. He enjoys road biking and coaching his sons’ sports teams.

Eagle Commission

The mission of Eagle Commission is to provide support to active-duty members of the Armed Forces and military veterans. Their primary focus is to live and speak the Gospel through every venue the DoD allows. They serve wherever U.S. military live or are deployed, both in the U.S., at sea, around the world, and in places you only read about in history or watch on the news. Some of their ministries include providing chapel services and Bible studies on military installations, field services when soldiers and marines are training, and shipboard services for sailors who are underway, as well as anything else a pastor would normally do for his church.

Justin Hayes

Justin enjoys doing ministry via MV-22 Osprey, a.k.a. "Holy Helo", sailing the seven seas, and seeing crusty sailors and marines bend a knee to Jesus. His hobbies include tinkering on his junky car, taking naps, and taking day trips with his family to historical sites. Grace alum 2008.

Chaplain (Colonel) James Schaefer

Chaplain Schaefer has had a long and decorated career as a Chaplain in the United States Army, advising numerous commanders on all issues related to troops, yet increasingly has led peacebuilding and leadership exchanges with Allied leaders in various countries of southwest Asia and the Middle East.  Chaplain Schaefer is from the Washington, D.C. area. He has a Masters of Divinity degree from Grace Theological Seminary (Winona Lake, IN). He is married to his wife, Elizabeth, and is the father of two children. He currently resides in northern VA, serving God and Country as Operations Chaplain for the Army Chief of Chaplains at the Pentagon.

John Ward

John Ward serves as the Director of Mobilization at Encompass World Partners. Shortly after John and his wife, Kate, were married, they served on a disciple-making team that reached out primarily to college students in London, England. John and Kate, together with their three boys live among the ethnically diverse neighborhoods of Northeast Atlanta, where they are seeking to plant churches.

International Messengers

The main ministry of IM is to disciple the local church in North America and around the world by sending teams from local churches to do family and English evangelism camps. They serve on 5 continents in 24 countries.

Steve Snyder

God called me and directed me to Poland through International Messengers in 1987.  I led Bible studies (Polish and English), English camps, discipleship camps, conferences, a foundation for the homeless.  I taught English and was in church leadership.

Hannah Zupke

Hannah is employed at IM as an Administrative Assistant in their home office in Clear Lake, Iowa. Among serving the staff of IM, she helps to arrange overseas travel and insurance for short-termers and has been on 11 short-term mission trips overseas since 2009, to Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine, Egypt, Jordan, and Uganda.

International Project

Lakeland Child Evangelism Ministries (LCEM)

LCEM primarily serves in North Central Indiana, although they have reached out beyond that as opportunity has arisen. They work through their Summer 5-Day Countdown Clubs, after-school Countdown Clubs, The Mailbox Club Follow-up ministry, a toll-free Storyline ministry, and The Good News Caboose fair and festival ministry. They have an international flavor to our ministry through the evangelistic films, which they use in their Caboose ministry. They have dubbed them into many other languages and use them as evangelistic tools in over 100 countries around the world today, adding more as the Lord opens doors.

Steve Sechrist

Steve became Missionary Director of Lakeland Child Evangelism Ministries in 1998. He has worked in the area of children's evangelism for over 45 years. After returning from serving during the Vietnam War, he had a new desire to impact children's lives by sharing with them the way of salvation. Thus, his wife of now 50 years, Joyce, and he began to get involved with Child Evangelism and are still at it today.

Paul Spotts

Paul is an RBM missionary with 30 years of experience teaching public school children the Bible.  He has taught in many churches, camps, and in four countries outside of the U.S.  He and his wife have 7 children.
