Seth McManus serves as an Associate in Mobilization at CMF International. Seth spent the summer of 2017 serving in the slums of Nairobi, and now he loves training and sending young adults to serve in missions across the world. He is currently getting his Masters of Intercultural Studies from Asbury Theological Seminary.
Crossroads Farm operates as an outsourced, cooperative rural youth ministry that desires for every secondary student in rural America to hear the Gospel of Christ and have the opportunity to say "yes," or "no" to that message.
Doug & Dawn Routledge
Doug Routledge has been training youth leaders for decades. He's a bit obsessed with hockey and is a city boy turned country. He is a dynamic communicator, storyteller and author. As the Co-Founder of Crossroads Farm with his wife, Dawn, they have developed a rural youth ministry cooperative in multiple locations. Thousands have been impacted by this model. Doug and Dawn have three grown daughters, Madison, Raegan and Lauren.
Cru has ministries in 190+ countries and while college student to college student evangelism missions has been our primary focus, we also do Jesus film, Family ministry, Filters of Hope and a range of other missions. Cru High School’s mission is to go anywhere teenagers are, with the compassion of Jesus, to build spiritual movements so that middle school and high school students everywhere can know and follow Him.
Carolyn & Jonathan Thomas
Carolyn and Jonathan are recently married and glad to be currently serving in the USA with Cru High School. Carolyn has been on staff with Cru since graduating from Grace College in 2006. She has served in Florida, East Asia, Carmel, then served for 4 years in Sydney, Australia where she met her English husband Jonathan. They love swing dancing!
The mission of Eagle Commission is to provide support to active-duty members of the Armed Forces and military veterans. Their primary focus is to live and speak the Gospel through every venue. They serve wherever U.S. military live or are deployed, both in the U.S., at sea and around the world. Some of their ministries include providing chapel services and Bible studies on military installations, field services when soldiers and marines are training, and shipboard services for sailors who are underway, as well as anything else a pastor would normally do for his church.
Chaplain (LTC) Billy Graham
Chaplain Graham has served for 25 years in the Army and as a Chaplain for 16 years, including 2 tours to Iraq and one to Afghanistan. He is currently serving at the Pentagon with the Army Office of the Chief of Chaplains.
Chaplain (CPT) Cameron Michael
After serving in local church ministry, Chaplain Michael transitioned to the Army chaplaincy in 2017. Over the past two years, he has been the shepherd for over 700 Soldiers and their families through training and deployments to the Middle East.
Chaplain (Colonel) Mark Penfold
Chaplain Penfold has served in the US Army for 30 years. Deployed to Kosovo (1999) and Iraq (2007), he now serves as Endorsing Agent for the Charis Fellowship to the Department of Defense and the VA. His hobbies include road bikes and working on bikes.
Encompass World Partners is working to spread the knowledge and glory of God to the least reached of our world by developing more fruitful disciple-making teams. They have church-planting efforts in South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Dave & Susie Hobert
Grace grads Dave "Hobie" and Susie have been church-planting missionaries to Burgundy, France for over 35 years and this Fall are "missionaries in residence" at Grace College. Hobbies include music, knitting, reading, history and biking (Susie) and basketball, volleyball, politics and sociology (Hobie).
Juli is a mobilizer with Encompass World Partners. She and her husband live in Atlanta. She is excited for how God has gifted and equipped the next generation to reach the places of the world that have not yet heard the gospel.
Of the world's 6,500 people groups, 2,500 are still unreached. Ethnos360, founded in 1942 as New Tribes Mission, helps local churches train, coordinate and send missionaries to these peoples.
Tim & Joan Carmical
From dugout canoes on the Amazon River to tiny islands in the South Pacific, since 1998 the Carmicals' ministry has led to five continents and over 20 countries. After working in Papua New Guinea from 2008 to 2012, Tim and Joan are now Midwest Representatives of Ethnos360.
FIM works with global servants who have creative approaches to ministry in over 25 countries. FIM partners with these servants so that they may fulfill their God-given passion for sharing the Gospel wherever God sends them.
Rick’s passion is to serve the Lord as a missions mobilizer, coach, and trainer. He strives to help each believer to fulfill their missional role. His hobby is woodworking and he's an avid NASCAR fan.
The purpose of Grow New England is to enlist, educate, and equip church planters to establish churches on Boston’s North Shore and throughout New England.
Jack has been the pastor of North Shore Bible Church in Essex, MA since April of 2000. He founded Grow New England in October 2011. Jack is bi-vocational and works as a real estate sales agent. Jack is married to his wife, Christine and have two adult children and a grandson.
International Project exists to initiate church planting movements among unreached people groups living outside their homelands. Headquartered in New York City, the ministry is rapidly spreading to other key international cities. Offering short-term, mid-term, long-term and Internship opportunities, International Project activates believers to reach the foreigners among us.
Gary has served as the Mobilization Director for International Project since January. Prior to this, Gary was a church-planter and senior pastor in Fort Wayne for 10 years. His passion is to help believers find and fulfill their calling.
INSIDE OUT is an inner city outreach program that reaches at risk youth and their families. Our mission is creating positive change from the inside out through Jesus Christ. They serve the community through an after school program from 4-8 pm, which also includes a hot meal, and a Bible lesson six days a week. They also have a fun filled summer program that includes movies, theme parks, and football games.
Aaron is a Youth Leader at Inside Out and have had 5 years of previous ministry experience. He works to build relationships with students, to make disciples of Jesus. He enjoys helping youth to accomplish their goals, and sharing the gospel with them.
LCEM primarily serves in North Central Indiana, although they have reached out beyond that as opportunity has arisen. They work through their Summer 5-Day Countdown Clubs, after-school Countdown Clubs, The Mailbox Club Follow-up ministry, a toll-free Storyline ministry, and The Good News Caboose fair and festival ministry. They have an international flavor to our ministry through the evangelistic films, which they use in their Caboose ministry. They have dubbed them into many other languages and use them as evangelistic tools in over 100 countries around the world today, adding more as the Lord opens doors.
Steve & Joyce Sechrist
Steve became Missionary Director of Lakeland Child Evangelism Ministries in 1998. He has worked in the area of children's evangelism for over 45 years. After returning from serving during the Vietnam War, he had a new desire to impact children's lives by sharing with them the way of salvation. Thus, his wife of now 50+ years, Joyce, and he began to get involved with Child Evangelism and are still at it today.

Ruth is the Executive Producer and anchor of Mission Network News. She's been a journalist for way too long, and just for fun, returned to track & field in 2017. She is now a nationally ranked Master senior sprinter.
Morgan is the Partner Relations Representative for Mission Network News. She's been with MNN for a year and a half, after having been in the medical field for 4 years. Morgan is also a local Grand Rapids Photographer and loves annoying her little black lab.

Tom came to Christ in college and has invested over 43 years into reproducing disciple-makers among college students both in the U.S. and in the former Yugoslavia. His devotion is to see generations of laborers serving around the world. His "home away from home" is the campus dining center!
Rafiki has established ten Rafiki training villages in ten African countries with the mission to help Africans know God and to raise their standard of living with excellence and integrity. They serve in villages in Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia.
Debbie serves as a Chicago Area Representatives for the Rafiki Foundation and have served short term in the Rafiki villages of Uganda and Tanzania. She enjoys interacting with college students as they search out God's future calling.
RBM has over eighty years of experience helping churches reach public school children with the Gospel. They do this mainly through Released Time Bible classes, Bible schools and camps.
Paul is an RBM missionary with 30 years of experience teaching public school children the Bible. He has taught in many churches, camps, and in four countries outside of the U.S. He and his wife have 7 children.
SEND is a church planting organization that has over 500 missionaries worldwide. They serve in more than 20 areas of Asia, Europe, Eurasia, and North America with the mission to mobilize God's people and engage the unreached in order to establish reproducing churches. SEND focuses on the unreached of the world and only goes to places that are 2% evangelical or less. SEND is a part of a global movement of Jesus followers who are making disciples among the unreached!
Andy and his wife, Cassie, served in Kyiv, Ukraine for 4 years from 2012-2016. They have two young daughters. Andy loves sports and is an avid Michigan Wolverines fan.
